Design - You,
The Customer, bring in your ideas based on your unique needs and
style. Our engineering staff will meet with you and work through
the process of taking your concept and creating the modular
building to accommodate your needs.
Budget
- Once the design has been agreed upon, the budgetary price of
your modular building is then proposed and agreed upon by you, the
customer. Once the price of your modular building has been
determined, there will be no additional unforeseen costs that will
impact your project. The only time when costs will vary is when
you, the customer, initiate the change and authorize its
implementation.
Construction
- As the
manufacturing and assembly of your modular building begins, you
will be comforted to know that your building is being built
entirely under-roof, and out of the way of any inclement weather.
Because your building is being built inside of our
facility, our delivery date to you should never vary. You can
count on our delivery to be "On Time, Every Time!"
Building
Materials -
Building materials will vary depending upon your needs, and the
application of your building. From cooler boxes, gondola shelving,
and freezers on the inside, to pre-painted walls and stucco veneer
on the outside, the choice is yours! Your imagination is our
challenge!
Site
Set - Your
modular building will arrive on site and will be placed onto it's
foundation, cosmetically cleaned up, and completed in one day. Our
trained installers will not leave your jobsite until you are
completely satisfied with your new building!
Relocation
- One of the most appealing factors of purchasing a modular
building is the fact that your building can initially be put
into operation at your desired location, and then be disconnected from
its utilities, loaded onto a trailer, and delivered to an entirely
different location and be put right back into operation
again. Because of this ability to be relocated and placed right
back into operation, the modular building has the potential of
being categorized as a "piece of equipment", and receive
an accelerated depreciation factor of seven (7) years!
